We do not impose cancellation fees for bookings that are cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the agreed-upon training day.

However, if a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours of the commencement of the training, BikeSense reserves the right to charge 50% of the fee.

In the event of a trainee’s non-attendance, BikeSense reserves the right to charge the full amount of the booking.
